Chris Parsons - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Chris Parsons founded Pharmitas in September 2006 and is responsible for overall product strategy at Pharmitas. Chris has a strong background in technology and product development with more than 15 years of experience launching innovative technology products and services. Prior to Pharmitas, Chris founded e-Quest, a software solutions provider for the resort industry. Chris has also applied his product and program development talents at Magellan Health Services and Apple Computer. Chris holds a Bachelors degree from Pacific Lutheran University.

Dennis Kaill - President and Chief Operating Officer
As the President and COO of Pharmitas, Dennis brings more than 17 years of senior leadership experience within the software and technology sectors to the Pharmitas team. Prior to joining Pharmitas, Dennis spent 10 years as President/Managing Director of Microscan Systems, an international bar code technology company, where he took Microscan from a market and profit share laggard to a leadership position. Additionally, he has held senior level positions at software companies FLIR Systems, Inc. and Optimas Corporation. His business background is extensive and includes expertise in strategic sales, marketing, product development, partnership alliances and international relations. In 2004, Kaill was named one of Seattle's "40 under 40," a coveted award given to only 40 individuals under the age of 40 who work toward building the business community's future and demonstrating dynamic leadership and social responsibility. Additionally, he engineered a work environment at Microscan Systems that employees truly enjoyed, and the company was voted on numerous occasions a 'best company to work for'. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University.

John Friar - Vice President, Product Technology
Product technology activities are under the leadership of John Friar, who joined Pharmitas in September 2007. He brings more than 20 years of software application design, product development and database management experience to the company. Prior to joining Pharmitas, John was the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Eoscene Corporation, a Renton, Wash.-based company. During his 7 years at Eoscene, John managed the development of web-analytical software built for manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare compliance applications. Additionally, John has worked closely with various academic institutions, both in North America and the United Kingdom, and developed software to support research of various biological and ecological systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Southampton University in the United Kingdom.
